For 20+ years, I’ve woven sacred practice into unexpected spaces - corporate boardrooms, special-ed classrooms, and the lives of CEOs. In each of these environments I have learned how to weave the wonder, magic and mystery of something greater than ourselves.  

As a result, their lives and businesses have improved immeasurably, proving that spirit belongs everywhere.

For over 20 years, my path of service has led me from group homes to classrooms to boardrooms.

In every environment, I’ve learned how to bring the wonder, mystery, and power of something greater than ourselves into rooms that weren’t designed to hold it.

For me, that looked like:

Bringing Tibetan singing bowls into my special ed classroom every morning. Lights off, blinds closed. The kids would bliss out to the sound. My mentor—a Vietnam vet—would come in shaking his head: “What weird stuff are you doing with these kids?” And I’d say, “Whatever it takes to help them feel safe.” It was always worth it.

Leading a training for Walmart managers in Vidalia, Georgia. It wasn’t going well… until I had the idea to ask if someone would sing Amazing Grace. A courageous woman stood up and sang. Over 100 people wept. The room shifted. What was stuck became sacred.

Sitting with a CEO in his office, completely overwhelmed by the pressure of his role. I handed him a glass of water and taught him how to pray. It was the first real prayer of his life, and he wept. I can assure you—it wasn’t his last.

Now I pray with executives, talk about spirit with doctors, financial planners, accountants, teachers, and business owners.

Week 3 — The Language of the Ineffable

  • Finding your authentic voice for spiritual conversation
  • Naming your connection to Spirit, God, Source (without dogma)
  • Practice: Translating the mystical into grounded language

Week 4 — Invitation Without Imposition

  • How to offer prayer, silence, or intuitive guidance in any room
  • Working with permission, consent, and respect
  • Practice: Sacred introductions and energetic transitions

Week 5 — Truth-Telling & Emotional Leadership

  • What to do when resistance shows up (in you or them)

Week 7 — Spiritual Integrity in Real Life

  • How to be both grounded and soulful in high-stakes spaces
  • Boundaries, structure, and energy stewardship
  • Practice: Designing mini-rituals for work, meetings, or 1:1s

Week 8 — Your Unique Medicine

  • Identifying your “transmission”
  • Releasing mimicry or over-efforting
  • Practice: Naming your facilitation voice

Week 9 — Practice Circle 1: Peer Facilitation Lab

  • You lead, you’re witnessed
  • Peer reflection and feedback
  • Supported by prompts and arc-based facilitation map


📍 Module 5: Integration, Certification, & Your Next Offering

Week 10 — Applied Service & Income

  • Bringing your work into the world without marketing “ick”
  • Being seen without burning out
  • Practice: Offer Design Mapping (program, session, or circle)

Week 11 — Practice Circle 2: Peer Facilitation Lab #2

  • Second facilitation experience with evolution from the first
  • Reflection on your arc as a leader
  • Feedback + insights from your cohort

Week 12 — Certification Ceremony + Personal Leadership Arc Reveal

  • Submission of Leadership Arc Map
  • Final reflections + group celebration
  • Certification awarded + Blessing for the next phase of your path

Certification Includes:

  • 9 Live Trainings (Thursdays 5–6:30pm PT)

  • 3 Strategy + Visioning Calls with Tara Divina (business + astrology)

  • 2 Peer Facilitation Circles (practice + feedback)

  • 1 Final Certification Ceremony in person

To Become Certified:

This work is the map I’ve followed to stay connected to my purpose—even when the world felt like it was falling apart. Now I’m sharing that map with you.

About Your Mentor

Zev Aaron

Zev has been working with men for over 15 years. He has trained high-level executives at Fortune 10 companies to be better allies to women and better leaders among men. He was trained and was a coach with the Yale University's Emotional Intelligence Lab serving business leaders and families across the United States. The thing he is most proud of professionally is his experience learning from, being mentored by, and facilitating groups with George Bertelstein. "He taught me what it means to be a good and safe man. To be a loving man. To be a man who can be vulnerable and strong. To be a man who can be self-reflective. To be a man who can soften.
